Through the contact and appointment forms we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, the subject and content of your message, any documents you attach and the date on which consent was given. Documents are stored in an encrypted archive that is not publicly accessible.

Data is processed solely to respond to your request and to assess whether a professional relationship may be established. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). Any special categories of data contained in your message are processed under Art. 9.2.f GDPR for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Processing is carried out with electronic tools and appropriate technical and organisational measures. Data is retained for as long as necessary to handle your request and, where a professional engagement follows, for the periods required by law; where no engagement follows, data is deleted within 24 months.

Data is not disseminated. It may be processed by IT hosting and email service providers, appointed as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR, and disclosed to competent authorities where required by law.

You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability (Arts. 15-22 GDPR) and withdraw your consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
